Yes, SoftInform has extensive experience in connecting many different systems and locations. For example, this could involve a large SAP solution that needs to be linked internationally to multiple local systems and warehouse locations. In such cases, we develop a custom EasyLink solution and provide a fixed-price offer so you know your setup costs and ongoing subscription in advance.
Our hourly rate is 800 DKK excluding VAT, regardless of whether it concerns project management, programming, or technical support from our EasyLink specialists. Any corrections of software errors are always free of charge as long as your EasyLink subscription is active.
The EasyLink subscription is billed annually, and you can cancel your subscription at any time with 2 months’ written notice. Upon cancellation, EasyLink will stop functioning on your specified cancellation date within the paid subscription period. Please note that the prepaid subscription is non-refundable for any remaining period.
A standard EasyLink solution is typically implemented within 2–5 working days. We will need temporary login access to your various systems, and we handle the entire EasyLink setup. After that, you will need to create a few test orders and verify that the transferred data is displayed correctly in your connected systems.
A custom EasyLink solution naturally takes a bit longer, as new connections usually need to be developed and tested. You should therefore expect 2–3 weeks for development, testing, and implementation.
